Penerapan Sistem Penyimpanan Arsip pada PT. Albidaya Esra Sejahtera

Abstract

In a company or organization, one part that is no less important is the archive storage system. The archive storage system is an important process in the organization to manage important data and documents needed for various purposes. The implementation of an archive storage system can help organizations to improve efficiency and productivity in managing archives better because they have faster search capabilities. The purpose of this study was to determine how the archive storage system is at PT. Albidaya Esra Sejahtera. This research was conducted at PT. Albidaya Esra Sejahtera which is located at Jl. Master No. 7-A Lk VI, Sidorejo Hilir Village, Medan Tembung District, Medan City, North Sumatra, 20222. This research was also conducted by observation and interviews. From the results of research that has been carried out, it is known that the archive storage system used at PT. Albidaya Esra Sejahtera is using a date system and subject system.
