Penerapan Sistem Manajemen MICE Pelaksanaan Event dalam Erigo Event Tour 2022 Sun Plaza Medan pada PT. Idea Solusi Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe how the Implementation of the MICE Management System for Event Utilization in Erigo Event Tour 2022 Sun Plaza Medan at PT. Idea Solusi Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method by observation by utilizing study documents from companies, data obtained from interviews, personal records and other official documents. PT. Idea Solusi Indonesia shows its commitment to organizing the Erigo Event Tour 2022, dedicated in designing sales strategies to achieve the success of the event. PT. Idea Solusi Indonesia neglects to pay attention to public opinion in accepting criticism and suggestions. The results of the study show that the implementation of the MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition) structure and the use of event elements (why. who, where, when, what and how) are very helpful for the smooth running of PT. Idea Solusi Indonesia in organizing the Erigo Event Tour 2022 at Sun Plaza Medan.
