One of the activities that can be done to support clean production in the tea industry is by utilizing the waste produced during the tea production process into compost. In the composting process, a number of living organisms play an active role in the decomposition of complex organic matter into simpler ones. The acceleration of compost making aims to determine the effect of various compost decomposers. The decomposers tested were bacteria, fungi from tea factory waste, and earthworms. All three decomposers were treated singly and in a mixed form. The research was repeated 3 times. The results showed that the application of bacterial inoculum + cellulolytic fungal inoculum isolated from tea waste produced compost that met SNI criteria, with a moisture content of 31.61%; C 37.13%; total N 2.45%; C/N ratio 15.5; total P 0,24%; total K 2,41% and pH 6,64, and the treatment of cellulolytic bacterial inoculum application with a moisture content of 22.66%; C content 41.43%; N content 2.15%; C/N ratio 19.26; total P 0.29%; total K 1.74% and pH 6.31. Without the use of decomposers, the compost produced did not meet the SNI criteria.en_US
