Oil palm plantations play an important role in the industry and the global economy. Optimal work productivity of human resources (HR) is key to the success and sustainability of this sector. This study aims to analyze the work productivity of workers in the oil palm plantation of CV. Maju Luhur Balam in 2024. The study used a qualitative approach with a content analysis method, involving 15 informants selected by purposive sampling, including harvesters, shovelers, and pemberondol. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews and field observations, while secondary data were obtained from literature and company documents. The results showed that work productivity is supported by time discipline, teamwork, thoroughness, technical skills, age, and work environment conditions. Productive workers have good technical skills, high discipline, and are motivated by economic needs. On the other hand, unproductive workers experience obstacles such as lack of skills, low discipline, and declining physical condition, especially in elderly workers. Recommendations include improving training and supervision of workers, implementing work discipline, and placing workers according to physical ability and age. These efforts are expected to increase productivity and support the sustainability of companies in the oil palm plantation sector.en_US
