The background of this research is a marriage band which comeses various problems such as the problem of inheritance when one of the married couples dies. The joint property and their own asset obtained from gills or inheritance are under their control respectively as long as they are focused on them. Talking about Inheritance in a marriage, any property which is basically obusined during the married life will categorized as a joint pro a joint property. The research problems are am follows the position of the wife in the Balamic inheritance system concerning the Ruling No. 2563/Pdt.G/2023/PA. Man, the wife's inheritance right on her husband's cases in the Islamic inheritance concerning the Ruling No 2563/PG/2023/PA Man the judge's legal consideration in the Ruling Na 2563/Pdz.G/2023/PA. Mdn concerning a wife's inheritance right on her husband's auset. This research ses juridical normative method in which it is conducted by sning recondary data or by conducting library research.
