T. XYZ is a manufacturing company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, specializing in the palm oil processing industry, producing cooking oil in various packaging, including self-produced 25-liter jerrycans. The company's logistics warehouse plays a crucial role in the supply chain, handling inbound operations, storage, and product distribution. This research aims to identify and evaluate discrepancies between the actual inbound process time and the established standards, particularly in the unloading of raw materials used for jerrycan production, and to identify and address issues in product transfer from the warehouse to containers related to worker fatigue and musculoskeletal complaints due to workload. A time study method was used to measure and compare actual inbound process times against standard times, while workload analysis in the outbound process was conducted using the Cardiovascular Load (CVL) and Subjective Nordic Questionnaire (SNQ) methods. The results found two main issues in the inbound process: standard time calculations did not account for worker capabilities and the varying sizes of loads. Evaluation was carried out by measuring work time and classifying unloading types using the K-Means method, yielding more accurate standard times for different load types: 54 minutes for a 20- ft container, 39 minutes for a CDE box truck, 41 minutes for a CDD truck, and 65 minutes for a 40-ft container. For the outbound process, the analysis indicated that workers face risks of fatigue and musculoskeletal complaints due to non-ergonomic workloads. The study recommends adjusting inbound process standard times to be more realistic based on field conditions, as well as using mini-lift tools to reduce workers' physical workload, speed up the transfer process, and reduce injury risks.en_US
