The implementers of the Job Training Program do have sufficient knowledge regarding the needs of the training participants. Factors that become obstacles in the process of implementing the Job Training Program are related to the consistency of participants during the training process. There are participants who take part in training not to hone their skills or abilities but only to get money (transportation money) provided by the Medan job training center. The research method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The sampling technique to explore information that will be the basis of this research uses a purposive sampling technique. directing data collection according to needs through selecting and determining informants who truly master the information and are trusted to be data sources. The results of the research show that in the results of the research that the researchers conducted, the policy standards in this case can be concluded to have met the needs of the target group, services that can be easily accessed via the internet such as the website provided by the Job Training Center, human resources are very good, namely with staff who have have good qualifications and trainers have been provided with training and equipment resources are sufficient for participants' needs. Communication is lacking between the government and the Medan Job Training Center regarding the implementation of the Job Training Program in terms of dimensions. The lack of facilities provided by the government to the center means that the center lacks the facilities they need, such as in the field of baristas. They were short of syrup, the hall asked the government but the government could not provide this item.en_US
