Beton Mutu Tinggi dengan Subsitusi Fly Ash serta Pengaruh oleh Curing Natrium Chloride
The Effect of the Type of Soak Water with the Addition of Sodium Chloride on the Compressive Strength of Concrete by Replacing A Part of the Cement with Fly Ash
Abstract
Construction developments are increasing from year to year, so conducting research to determine high quality concrete in construction. Study This aims to determine the effect of using fly ash as a material replacing some of the cement in high quality concrete mixes and how its effect on normal concrete, and also immersion in NaCl solution (salt), the use of fly ash is because cement production is increasing thus causing a greenhouse effect. The materials used are materials that is around the concrete laboratory. The fly ash used is filtered first, and this fly ash comes from the Pangkalan implant PLTU. There are several variations used in research, namely; 0% for normal concrete, while 10% up to with 50% being fly ash substitution for cement, then testing is carried out characteristics of fine and coarse aggregate materials to obtain mix planning The ideal. After the test object was soaked for 28 days. then do the next thing testing the compressive strength of concrete after immersion. And the test results show that The comparison between fly ash substitution for cement and normal cement has value different compressive strengths, namely; substitution value of fly ash for cement.
