The Crashing method is a method used to speed up project time by reducing the duration of work. Where activities that can be processed with the crashing method are critical work that results in additional costs due to additional working hours/overtime or additional labor. The case study in this study takes the construction project of the North Sumatra Islamic Center Building. The data needed in this study include the S Curve, Cost Budget Plan (RAB), Time Schedule and Work Unit Price Analysis. The purpose of this study is to avoid delays by analyzing the acceleration of the project using the Crashing Method with the addition of labor and the addition of overtime working hours From the results of the analysis in this study, the total wage for the addition of labor has increased by 15% from the normal wage while the increase in overtime working hours has increased by 104% from the normal wage. The normal duration in this study is 21 days. After crashing on the addition of the workforce, the duration of the work will be 19 days, while in the addition of overtime hours, the duration of the work will be 15 days. Therefore, the conclusion is that the addition of overtime working hours is more effective in applying the crashing method. Because in the addition of overtime hours, the duration of the work is faster than the duration of the addition of the workforce.en_US
