    Abstract
We often encounter creative individuals in the city of Medan. And this is a positive development because the public's interest in creativity is increasing day by day. This can be proven by the growing enthusiasm of the community to participate in activities such as exhibitions, art markets, workshops, presentations, tutorial classes, and many more activities to express their creativity. Along with the development and progress of the times, society's expectations for providing a platform to express themselves are increasing. In addition, these creative individuals need a space or a place where they can be more productive, produce and promote their creations, strengthen relationships, and receive many other benefits. By designing a Fashion Creative Space, it can be a significant breakthrough for the capital of North Sumatra because it provides a space for people with creative minds who don't have a place of their own. The capital of North Sumatra becomes a focal point for issues related to the community, especially creative individuals. This is because the people in North Sumatra have relatively diverse needs, and they want to pursue their interests by having an adequate space. The Fashion Creative Space building that will be designed will also provide excellent services. There will be a parking area that meets the daily needs of the community, as well as well-planned rooms that provide clear circulation for the public. It is hoped that this Fashion Creative Space building can accommodate various community needs. Even individuals with many tasks will not feel bored spending their entire day inside the building because it will be designed with waiting areas, reading rooms, salons, and retail spaces that can be filled with food, beverages, and fashion. And there are still many facilities that can be offered to the community. By embracing the theme of Behavioral Architecture, it is hoped to be the right path for the development of this Fashion Creative Space project. This is because it can focus the design on the comfort of visitors to the Fashion Creative Space, as the design will naturally follow the users' daily behavioral patterns.
