Developments over time have resulted in the development of technology which has brought changes to work culture in society. This change has led to the emergence of new professions that apply digital in business, which is generally done by freelance workers or start-ups. The application of digital in business or often called the creative economy is also President Joko Widodo's desire to encourage Indonesian people to build a strong creative community. Because of this, there is a shift in office needs which tend to shift towards a more dynamic and flexible workplace which can be better accommodated by coworking spaces compared to formal offices. In general, coworking space can be interpreted as an environment or space where several professions can work simultaneously in both private and open work spaces. Coworking space is not only a space that includes several professions working in one room simultaneously, coworking space also has supporting facilities that can accommodate every worker's activities to develop their business. The application that will be carried out in the Coworking space is the application of Biophilic architecture. The application of the biophilic architectural concept was chosen because it is a building solution in the city of Medan by applying natural concepts to buildings. The use of this concept is expected to produce a closer relationship between humans and nature and can produce a work space that can improve business aspects and is comfortable for working in a coworking space.en_US
