The objective of this research was to find out the influence of Organizational Justice, Transformational Leadership, and AKHLAK Core Values on Employees' Performance with Motivation as Intervening Variable at PT Jasa Raharja, North Sumatera Branch Office. The research uses a descriptive method. The population is all 104 employees of PT Jasa Rahaja, North Sumatera Branch Office, and 82 of them are employed as the samples, taken by probability sampling technique and Slovin formula. The data are gathered by conducting observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentary study (library research). The gathered data are analyzed by using path analysis and hypothesis. The result of the research shows that transformational leadership and AKHLAK core values have the influence on employees' performance while organizational justice did not have any influence on employees' performance at PT Jasa Raharja, North Sumatera Branch Office. It is also found that organizational justice and AKHLAK core values have no significant influence on employees' performance with motivation as an intervening variable while transformational leadership is increased as it has significant influence on performance with motivation as intervening variable at PT Jasa Raharja, North Sumatera Branch Office.
