The completeness of regulations and the implementation of supervision implemented by OJK is still not enough to guarantee legal protection for customers or customers from financial services companies, where there are still some violations carried out by financial service companies that are legal or already registered with OJK until there are still financial service companies which still operates and organizes activities or financial services. Even in some cases it was found that there was a leak of personal data of customers or customers. The research is aimed at outlining and analyzing the management of banking customers' personal data in accordance with POJK Number 6/POJK.07/2022, the role of the OJK in providing protection for banking customers' personal data, resolving problems of leakage and misuse of customer data.
