Kolaborasi Stakeholders Penta-Helix dalam Pengembangan Hunian Berkelanjutan di Kota Medan

Abstract

The implementation of sustainable housing development policies today is not only the responsibility of the government but also of all stakeholders, including academics, housing developers, the mass media, and the community. These five elements of stakeholders are referred to as the penta-helix approach. The aim of this research is to identify strategic collaborations using the penta-helix stakeholder approach in the development of sustainable housing. Data analysis model in research using the PLS-SEM model. Before conducting data analysis, validity and reliability testing is performed to ensure the validity of the data and the consistency of the questionnaire items designed to explain the research variables. The results of the data analysis indicate that the roles of each stakeholder contribute to one another. Furthermore, the roles of developers, the community, the government, and the mass media show significant contributions to the development of sustainable housing. Meanwhile, the role of academics has not significantly contributed to the development of sustainable housing.
