Model Pembangunan Pariwisata Berkelanjutan terhadap Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Melalui Integrated Rural Tourism pada Kabupaten di Wilayah Kawasan Danau Toba Sumatera Utara

Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of sustainable tourism on community welfare, and integrated rural tourism, as well as integrated rural tourism on community welfare. Furthermore, the indirect effect of sustainable tourism on community welfare through integrated rural tourism. So that a sustainable tourism development model is formed on community welfare through integrated rural tourism in the Regency in the Lake Toba Region of North Sumatra. Research data analysis in the form of path analysis with the concept of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The data analysis process through Second Order Confirmatory (SOC) using SPSS AMOS 26 software. The research findings explain, there is a positive and significant direct influence of sustainable tourism on integrated rural tourism, sustainable tourism on community welfare, and integrated rural tourism on community welfare. Furthermore, there is also a positive and significant indirect effect of sustainable tourism on community welfare through integrated rural tourism in the Regency in the Lake Toba Region of North Sumatra.
