dc.description.abstractIndonesia is one of the largest producer of pam oil in the world. With this the palm oil significanty to foreign exchange receipts through the export of palm oil and its derivate products. Plantation companies are very large business entities and consist of several companies, both State Large Plantation, Private Large Plantation ( national / foreign) and People’s Plantion. To meet the needs of vegetable oil, many companies not only expand the area of oil palm plantation. But many companies are testing and engineering palm oil plants so that the needs of vegetable oil can be met. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Region II Plantation became one of the producers of fresh palm fruit bunches in Indonesia. The production of fresh fruit bunches from 2018 to 221 continues to increase. But in 2022 it decreased compared to 2021 by 105,564 tons or 3,83%. There are several factors that affect the decline in the production of fresh fruit bunches, one of which is labor. The palm oil harvesting is a company asset and will support the achievement of the company’s goals. Productive palm oil harvesting can bee see from the achievement of the company’s determined target of the difference between the results obtained with the task base that has been determined by the company. The production of high palm oil harvesting, the company’s production will increase and the company’s target will be achieced, if the productivity of the harvesting workforce is low. Then the production will decrease and the company’s target will be difficult to achieve. This will help the company to encourage the productivity of the harvesting workforce to achieve the company’s target. The pupose of this study is to: 1) analyze the productivity of the labor of the palm oil harvester in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Region II Kebun Laras. 2) Analyze what factors affect the productivity to the palm oil harvesting workforce in PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Region II Kebun Laras. The method used in this study is the analysis of Multiple Linear Regresion. The result of the study were obtained that the average productivity of the harvesting workforce of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II Kebun Laras 1,643 Kg/day. This is already high, because the productivity of the harvesting labor has exceeded the target set by the company: Variabel umur, education, salary, and premium, positively and significantly affect the productivity of the harvesting labor while family dependents, experience and work time negatively and significantly affect the productivity of the harvesting laboren_US
