dc.description.abstractMaternal health achievement is one of the basic health system performance indicators that is a country's indicator to achieve the targets set in the SDGs. One of the efforts to improve the health of pregnant women is to check their pregnancies regularly from the first trimester to delivery. For this reason, pregnant women should feel satisfied when they receive antenatal care (ANC) services. Medan Denai Health Center is one of the health centers in Medan City with ANC coverage that has not met the target. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the quality of antenatal care (ANC) services and the satisfaction of pregnant women at the Medan Denai Health Center, Medan City in 2024. The type of research used in this study is quantitative. With a cross-sectional study approach by measuring, observing and collecting direct data at one time. This study was conducted at the Medan Denai Health Center UPT on Jalan Jermal XV N0.6 Medan Tenggara, Medan Denai District, Medan City, North Sumatra with a sample of 40 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire using the chi-square test. Based on the research results, there is a relationship between direct evidence variables and patient satisfaction with a p-value of 0.018. There is a relationship between reliability variables and patient satisfaction with a p-value of 0.025. There is a relationship between responsiveness and patient satisfaction with a p-value of 0.041. There is a relationship between assurance variables and patient satisfaction with a P-value of 0.038. There is a relationship between empathy variables and patient satisfaction with a p-value of 0.024. The advice that can be given by the person in charge of KIA-KB must pay attention to 5 dimensions, namely direct evidence, reliability, assurance, responsiveness, and four in providing antenatal care services by providing according to the 10 T standards.en_US
