Subsitusi Minyak Kelapa Sawit dengan Minyak Limbah Ikan Nila (Oreochromis sp.) pada Ransum Puyuh terhadap Performa Produksi dan Kualitas Telur

Abstract

This research aims to find out substitution oil coconut palm with oil waste tilapia fish (MLIN) . This research was carried out in Delitua for maintenance in November 2023 – January 2024 . Observed parameters is consumption rations, production eggs , heavy egg , FCR, index eggs , levels of omega 3 and 6, levels cholesterol egg And color yellow egg . Used quails on study as many as 200 heads (unsex). Design test use design Design random completely (RAL) consists on 5 treatments , namely treatment First that is using 100% CPO (A), treatment second that is using 75% CPO and MLIN 25%, treatment third is using CPO 50% and MLIN 50%, treatment fourth is using CPO 25% and MLIN 75%, treatment fifth is using MLIN 100%, and every treatment 4 replycated were carried out. Data obtained analyzed use Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), if happen real difference on the 0.05 % level is continued with Duncan's test . Results study show that substitution oil coconut palm with oil waste tilapia fish Have influence real to color yellow eggs with value 9 and minimum composition of 25% CPO and 75% MLIN but no give influence significant to consumption feed , production eggs , heavy eggs , FCR, and index eggs
