dc.description.abstract | A successful project is measured by the right schedule implementation and proper cost management. The Project delays are a common occurrence, leading to cost overruns. This study aims to analyze the time and cost of accelerating the Islamic Center Construction Project using the fast-track method. Data were collected from the Time Schedule, Bill of Quantities (BQ), and unit price analysis list. The remaining work was identified and processed in Microsoft Project 2021. A network diagram was created, and critical works were identified using the PDM method. Acceleration was carried out using the fast-track method for less than 50% of the normal work duration. Cost calculations were performed after acceleration. The analysis results showed that the fast-track method could reduce the project completion time by 59 days (from 600 days to 541 days) or 9.8%. The project cost savings reached Rp 6,062,250,012 (1.48% of the total project cost of Rp 411,000,000,810). | en_US |
