Analisis Faktor-Faktor Penyebab Perbedaan Waktu antara Perencanaan dan Realisasi di Lapangan pada Proyek Gedung Islamic Centre Medan

Abstract

Infrastructure plays a crucial key role in fostering economic growth and is an important part of a prosperous society. During the construction implementation process, there is often a disparity between the schedule that has been set and the implementation in the field, which has an impact on the inaccuracy of the completion time (Rizal et al., 2023). Time management analysis is helpful in completing work on time and getting maximum results. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method. This study uses data collection techniques through questionnaires, observations and interviews The type of sampling used is simple random sampling. The sample used amounted to 31 respondents taken from employees of PT. Waskita Karya on the Medan Islamic Centre Building project. In this study, the population is 45 employees of PT Waskita Karya Islamic Center Building projectFrom the results of the overall ranking of the factors that cause the difference in planning time and realization that has been carried out, it can be concluded that there are 7 factors that have a high influence, 10 factors that have a moderate effect, 18 factors that have a mild effect, and 16 factors that have a very mild effect. From the data that has been analyzed, the top 7 ranking factors that have a high influence on the implementation method of the construction of the Medan Islamic Center building are obtained.
