Analysis of Green Supply Chain Management at Nazwa Cake Shop
Abstract
Nazwa Cake Shop is a manufacturing company engaged in the culinary industry. The company faces issues where performance indicators do not meet the 90-point threshold as per KPI standards. The aim of this research is to identify and propose improvements regarding green supply chain management performance. This study involves designing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and weighting them using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), as well as calculating the final performance score of the green supply chain using the Green Supply Chain Operation Reference (GSCOR) model. The calculation of the consistency ratio (CR) using AHP shows a value of 0.024, indicating good consistency as CR < 0.1. Furthermore, the weighting calculation of performance attributes also indicates that all attributes are consistent with CR values < 0.1. Based on data processing, the performance score obtained for green supply chain management is 75.03, indicating performance below the 90-point threshold (Good). Based on observations and measurements at Nazwa Cake Shop, several indicators fall below the 90-point threshold, such as timely delivery of materials by suppliers, accuracy of raw material deliveries, machine utilization rates, and reuse of product packaging. Timely delivery of materials by suppliers scored 80.2, accuracy of raw material deliveries scored 88.2, machine utilization rates scored 74.1, and reuse of product packaging scored 18.8.
