The increasing need for electrical energy and the limitations of fossil resources encourage the use of more efficient renewable energy. This study aims to develop a battery charging optimization management system for a Hybrid Power Plant (PLTH) based on solar panels and wind turbines with the integration of relays and PZEM-017 DC sensors controlled via IoT. This system is designed to ensure more stable and safe charging, by utilizing the relay automation mechanism to avoid overcharging and undercharging. The test results show that the average power generated by solar panels ranges from 4.45 W to 24.49 W, while the power generated by wind turbines is lower with significant fluctuations. The intensity of sunlight peaks at 10:00–14:00 WIB with a value of 122.16 kilolux, while the highest wind speed occurs at 17:00–20:00 WIB with an average of 4.67 m/s. System efficiency testing shows that power distribution optimized through automatic relays can increase battery charging efficiency by 18.7% compared to systems without automatic regulation. In addition, IoT-based monitoring through Blynk and ThingSpeak allows real-time data access, which improves the ease of system management. With this approach, the system is expected to be widely applied to support power supply for various applications, including agricultural irrigation, lighting systems, and energy needs in remote areas.en_US
