The Impact of System Quality, Information Quality, and Services Quality on User Satisfaction of Accounting Information Systems (Study on Users of The Tokopedia E-Commerce Application)
Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of system quality, information quality and service quality on user satisfaction of accounting information systems by conducting studies on users of the Tokopedia application. The type of research used is the cause and effect research. The research uses primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to undergraduate students of Accounting Study, Program Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Sumatera Utara. The analytical techniques used are double linear regression and data processed using SPSS. The results of the research show that the system quality, information quality and service quality simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant impact on user satisfaction of the accounting information system.
