    Abstract
    This research is motivated by the oppression of women which is rooted in norms and traditions that become societal conventions so that women must free themselves from the norms and traditions that restrain them in order to restore their rights as women. This study aims to describe the forms of gender injustice depicted in the novel Siti Nurbaya (Kasih Tak Sampai) by Marah Rusli using feminist literary criticism studies, to reveal the forms of gender injustice experienced by female characters in the novel. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with data analysis techniques in the form of forms of gender injustice such as marginalization, subordination, gender stereotypes, violence and double workloads on women. The results of the study show that the form of marginalization is that women are used as objects of trade, women are polygamized by men and inheritance rights for women, the form of subordination is in the form of education for women, women cannot express their opinions and women cannot divorce men,the form of stereotypes is that women are accused of having fun with other men and women are restrained, the form of violence is in the form of threats, sexual violence, assault, slander, insults and murder and the form of double workload is in the form of women's dual roles in everyday life and the role and function of pregnant and giving birth women.
