Performance Measurement Analysis of the Supply Chain at PT. DSV Solutions Indonesia Using the SCOR and AHP Methods
Abstract
PT. DSV Solutions Indonesia is a company operating in the logistics service sector,
specializing in areas such as warehousing. The company is responsible for
receiving, storing, and delivering finished goods to consumers. However, the
company faces challenges such as delays in the inbound and outbound processes,
which hinder the operational efficiency of the warehouse. This study aims to
evaluate and analyze the performance of PT. DSV Solutions Indonesia's warehouse
supply chain using the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model and the
Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The research identified 23 Key Performance
Indicators (KPIs), determined based on the company's actual conditions. These
KPIs were normalized using the Snorm de Boer method. Subsequently, AHP
weighting was applied at levels 1, 2, and 3 to derive the final weights. Using the
traffic light system for KPI categorization, the study found 11 KPIs categorized as
green, 4 as yellow, and 8 as red. Based on the measurements, the final performance
score for the warehouse supply chain of PT. DSV Solutions Indonesia was 71,857,
which falls into the good category. Improvement suggestions for the red KPIs and
enhancements for the yellow KPIs include conducting supplier selection, proper
planning, auditing the warehouse, reorganizing the warehouse layout, evaluating
warehouse operations, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for waste
carton utilization, assessing material handling processes, mapping transportation
processes, and creating specific delivery schedules for defective products.
