The Influence of Leadership Style, Compensation, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at CV. Lindung Jaya
Abstract
This research was conducted on employees of CV. Lindung Jaya. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of work style leadership, compensation, and environment work on satisfaction Work employees of CV. Lindung Jaya. The population in this study was CV. Lindung Jaya employees, Medan Timur District, with a population of 88 people. The number of samples in this study was 88 respondents with a Judgment Sampling sampling technique. Data collection used a questionnaire. The data collection technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study partially show that the style leadership has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction Work employee, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction Work employees of CV. Lindung, and the environment work has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction Work employees of CV. Lindung Jaya. Simultaneously the style leadership, compensation, and environment work have a positive and significant influence on satisfaction Work employees of CV. Lindung Jaya.
