    Abstract
The equitable distribution of health service facilities is still not carried out evenly, especially in suburban or rural areas. This happened in one of them Bahorok District which is in Lalat Regency. Available health facilities are not yet able to handle diseases that require special measures. Therefore, there is a need for primary service facilities, which in this case are hospitals. The design of the Type C Hospital in Bahorok District is designed to provide complete health service facilities and ease of access to the Hospital which was previously very far to reach and take a long time. The design method used in the Design of Type C Hospitals is by collecting primary and secondary data obtained through direct field surveys on the design site, documentation of the existing conditions of the site as well as comparative studies and literature studies. Where the data is processed so as to produce a picture of the design of a type c hospital in Bahorok District. The approach used in the design of this type c hospital is in the form of the Biophilic Architecture Theme approach. The characteristics of the biophilic architectural theme applied in this design are connectivity between the interior and exterior spaces of the building, the application of water elements, the application of vegetation, natural ventilation and natural lighting. This approach to themes that are directly related is applied to achieve the function of the hospital as a healing area, nature itself is one of the containers to relieve stress and increase human productivity.
