Analisis Penggunaan Partikel Fatis Kuno pada Buku Biografi Zhuangzi

Abstract

The title of the study was “Analisis Penggunaan Partikel Fatis Kuno pada Buku Biografi Zhuangzi.” In this study, the writer analyzed Mandarin old particle manner of speaking and calculated the frequency of the manner of speaking. The study used syntactic theory; it also used descriptive qualitative method. The data were old particle manner of speaking found in Biography of Zhuangzi book.Biography of Zhuangzi book is a book that re-explains the unique logic and style of Zhuangzi's thought. The result of the study showed that there were 441old particle manner of speaking in the data. From all of the old particle manners of speaking that found in the data can be group become seven particles those are也ye,乎hu,焉yan, 耳er, 矣yi,与yu, 邪xie.Those seven particles have their own meaning and function. The most used particle was 也ye with 220 times used and the least used particle is 与yu with seven time used.
