Implementasi Sistem E-Commerce Berbasis Website Pada Toko Bangunan N2H

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has encouraged businesses to adopt digital systems, including in the construction materials retail sector. Toko Bangunan N2H requires a web-based e-commerce system to support online transactions and improve service efficiency. This study aims to design and implement an e-commerce system that allows customers to register, browse products, place orders, track deliveries, and submit warranty claims. The system was developed using the waterfall method, with PHP as the programming language and MySQL as the database. It also features an admin dashboard for managing data through a simple and responsive interface. The implementation results show that the system enhances the effectiveness of transactions and simplifies store operations digitally, enabling better service to customers and supporting business growth in the digital era.
