dc.description.abstractThe growth and productivity of livestock are significantly influenced by the availability and quality of feed that is both balanced and nutritious, including carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. However, climate change negatively affects the availability of forage as the primary feed source, necessitating alternative solutions to overcome nutritional deficiencies. Urea Molasses Multi-Nutrient Block (UMMB) is one such alternative that can serve as a feed supplement for ruminants. The research was carried out experimentally using a non-factorial completely randomized design (CRD) with 3 treatments K1 (10% fermented coffee skin), K2 (20% fermented coffee skin), K3 (30% fermented coffee skin) and 3 replications. The parameters of this research consist of the nutritional content of UMMB in the form of dry matter, crude protein, crude fiber, crude fat and ash. he results of the study showed that UMMB based on fermented coffee skin contained dry matter 85,26%-85,87%, crude protein 21,93%-22,46%, crude fiber 21,26%-22,25%, crude fat 0,64%-0,69%, ash 25,19% - 26,48%. Based on the analysis of diversity, it was found that administering a dose of 10% to 30% fermented coffee skin on UMMB had no significant effect.en_US
