Perancangan User Interface Aplikasi Persediaan Barang pada Toko Grosir Sembako Berbasis Excel VBA

Abstract

Grocery wholesale businesses heavily rely on accurate and efficient stock management. However, manual inventory recording is still commonly practiced, which often leads to data errors and inefficiency. This highlights the need for a simple yet functional digital system. This study aims to design and implement an inventory management application based on Excel VBA, equipped with a user-friendly interface suitable for store owners. The system includes features such as stock recording, item in/out transactions, inventory reporting, and low-stock notifications. The research uses the Waterfall method, consisting of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The application is designed using VBA forms that are familiar to non-technical users. The expected result is the development of a practical, accurate, and independently operable inventory system without the need for additional training.
