| dc.description.abstract | Manual management of data files and personal letters in the daily lives of individuals, families, and government agencies often faces various challenges, including the risk of loss, damage, and difficulty in the search process. These issues can hinder administrative efficiency and public services. This research aims to design and implement a comprehensive web-based information system for managing personal data files and letters for the community, families, and government agencies. This system was developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) approach, with an interface implemented using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure a responsive and interactive display. Server-side business logic is implemented with PHP, while MySQL is used as the database management system for structured data storage. Uploaded document files are stored physically on the server, with their file paths referenced in the database. The system's main features include a user authentication module, agenda management, and the management of family documents, vital archives, and inactive archives with Create, Read, Update, Delete (CRUD) capabilities. The test results show that this system successfully addresses the problems of manual file management, providing an efficient, secure, and easily accessible digital platform. The implementation of this system is expected to improve efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in document management, and support faster and more accountable services for all users. | en_US |
