Abstract

The Web-Based Clinic Information System with Multi-Role Login Features (Patient, Doctor, Admin) Using PHP and MySQL is a digital platform designed to improve the quality of services and data management within a clinical environment. This system provides role-based access tailored for each type of user: patients, doctors, and administrators. Patients can view their appointment schedules, diagnosis history, and prescriptions; doctors can record medical examinations and issue prescriptions; while administrators can manage user data, assign roles, and control the status of patient visits. The system development follows the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Technologies used include PHP as the programming language, MySQL as the database, and HTML and CSS for the user interface. The final result of this project is a web-based clinic information system that enhances service efficiency, ensures data transparency, and facilitates communication among all stakeholders within the clinic. With this system, administrative processes are expected to become faster and more integrated, enabling more accurate decision-making based on available data.
