This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of Mekari’s monthly payroll scheme by evaluating the cost per working hour across different office branches and on a monthly basis. The analysis process began with data preparation using Python, including cleaning, transformation, and exploratory data analysis. Advanced analysis was then conducted using SQL to calculate Payroll Effectiveness Scores based on several factors such as salary, working hours, tenure, and number of working days. These scores were used to identify employees with low effectiveness who may be considered for potential workforce efficiency measures (layoffs). The final results were visualized through an interactive dashboard using Tableau to provide management with clear and actionable insights. The findings are expected to support strategic decision-making in annual budget planning and human resource optimization.en_US
