Non-communicable diseases, particularly heart disease and diabetes, are the leading causes of death worldwide each year. One solution to reduce these mortality rates is through regular early detection of blood sugar and cholesterol levels. However, most devices currently available on the market still use invasive methods, such as pricking the finger to obtain a blood sample. This method often causes pain, discomfort, and the risk of infection, which makes some people hesitant to undergo regular check-ups. To address this issue, this study designed and developed a system for monitoring blood sugar and cholesterol levels non-invasively using the Internet of Things (IoT). The system uses the MAX30102 sensor, which operates using the photoplethysmogram method to detect heart rate and the intensity of infrared light reflected from blood vessels. The data is then processed using an ESP32 microcontroller, displayed on a 16×2 LCD screen, and sent to the Blynk app, allowing users to monitor measurement results directly via their smartphones. The testing was conducted by comparing the results from the non-invasive device with measurements using the invasive Easy Touch GCU device. The study showed an accuracy rate of 95.072% in blood sugar level measurements with an average error of 5.192%, and an accuracy rate of 96.8% in cholesterol level measurements with an average error of 3.2%. This study is expected to be expanded by adding other health parameters.en_US
