This study aims to analyze the forms of social solidarity among online motorcycle taxi drivers in the Grab Matic Friends Community in Medan. The background of the study is based on the importance of solidarity as a social bond that supports the sustainability of drivers' work amidst challenges such as competition, income uncertainty, and risks on the road. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of 14 informants consisting of administrators, members, users, and Grab app providers. The results show that social solidarity in this community is formed through two main patterns according to Emile Durkheim's theory: mechanical solidarity and organic solidarity. Mechanical solidarity is evident in similarities in profession, values, and experience, which encourages a sense of shared destiny, togetherness, and practices of mutual assistance, such as moral support, fundraising, and emergency assistance on the road. Organic solidarity is reflected in the division of labor and interdependence among members based on expertise or services taken, for example between passengers, food, or other services. The presence of the community not only strengthens social ties but also improves the welfare of members through the exchange of information, emotional support, and social activities. This study confirms that social solidarity is an important asset in maintaining job sustainability and creating a harmonious work environment for online motorcycle taxi drivers.en_US
