Abstract

This paper entitled “A Description of Main Character in J.K.Rowling’s Novel : Harry Potter and the Philopher’s Stone” gives a brief description about main character that found in the novel Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. The writer of this paper is discussing about the main characters who have different character and behavior. In completing the research, the writer uses the library research method by read the novel, papers, and searching on internet to find information about the character. the writer also uses the descriptive qualitative, the finding that the writer gained here is that view the types of the main characters from the novel .
