Nurses' work productivity in hospitals is a crucial factor contributing to the quality of healthcare services. Various factors influence productivity, including conflict management skills and communication. This study aims to analyze the relationship between conflict management and communication with nurses' work productivity at Haji Makassar Regional Public Hospital. This research employed a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 70 staff nurses selected using accidental sampling. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula from a total population of 220 staff nurses. Univariate analysis revealed that 57.1% of nurses had poor conflict management skills, 58.6% had poor communication skills, while 55.7% demonstrated high work productivity, Pearson correlation analysis showed a positive and significant relationship between conflict management and work productivity (r= 0.624, p 0.000), as well as between communication and work productivity (r 0.651. p 0.000). Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that conflict management and communication collectively contributed 48.9% to work productivity. These findings suggest that effective conflict management and communication are key factors in enhancing nurses work productivity. However, 51.1% of the productivity variance may be influenced by other factors, indicating the need for a more comprehensive hospital management strategy to foster a productive and supportive work environment
