Abstract

Pharmacist Professional Work Practice at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh located at Jalan. Rgk. Moh. Daud Beureueh No.108, Banda Aceh City was carried out on March 01, 2025 to April 30, 2025. This PKPA is carried out to provide provision, skills and expertise to prospective Pharmacists by directly observing work activities in the Hospital as well as the roles and duties of the Pharmacist in charge in carrying out pharmaceutical tasks in the Hospital in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and professional rules. PKPA activities carried out at Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh include activities: management of pharmaceutical preparations, medical devices and Medical Consumables from drug selection, planning, procurement, receipt, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, administration, reporting, to clinical pharmacy services such as prescription review and service, tracing drug use history, drug reconciliation, Drug Information Services, counseling, visiting, Drug Therapy Monitoring, Monitoring Side Effects of Drugs, Evaluation of Drug Use, dispensing sterile preparations, and Monitoring Blood Drug Levels, inpatient, outpatient and other clinical pharmacy services, as well as management of the Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD), medical gas and waste management.
