Analisis Risiko Usaha Ayam Broiler Close House dan Open House ( Studi Kasus : Peternakan Kemitraan Ayam Broiler Karya Semangat Mandiri Kabupaten Deli Serdang )

Abstract

FADLAN TRIYUDA (227040006) Risk analysis of broiler chicken business Close House and Open House Deli Serdang Regency (Supervised by SRI FAJAR AYU and NEVY DIANA HANAFI) This study aims to analyze income, Break Even Point (BEP) value, income risk level, and identify risk sources and mitigation strategies on broiler farms with close house and open house systems in Deli Serdang Regency. The analysis method uses income analysis, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA). The results showed that the average income for one year in close house cages was Rp278,137,377 and open house was Rp44,352,249 BEP units in close houses are more efficient and quickly reach the break-even point of 1,457 heads and the BEP price is Rp41,285.16. The coefficient of variation shows that open house income risk (0.77) is higher than close house (0.44). The highest RPN value in close houses is broiler disease (RPN 29.5) and in open houses is broiler disease (RPN 44.77) and weather (RPN 43.59). Mitigation strategies include implementing biosecurity, improving labor discipline, providing heating and ventilation equipment, and improving management and communication
