dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine the description of work- life balance on generation Z employees in Medan City. This study used 370 respondents. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative method and gather data using likert scale, using Fisher, Bulger and Smith’s (2009) work- life balance scale which 17 items, but in this study used 14 items. Based on the results of the study, it was found that WLB in generation Z employees in Medan City was in moderate category, whuch shows that generation Z employees in Medan City can balance their personal life and work, but not potimally.en_US
