Background: Health is a fundamental human right and a crucial element of well-being that must be realized, and health efforts are necessary to ensure public health. The Primary Health Care Center (Puskesmas) is a basic health service facility that provides comprehensive, integrated, and continuous efforts for promotional, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative health care. Pharmaceutical Services at the Puskesmas are very important in improving the quality of health services. These services are required to shift from the old paradigm which is product-oriented (drug oriented) to a new paradigm that is patient-oriented (patient oriented or pharmaceutical care).
