Analisis Pengaruh Kemudahan Penggunaan Fintech Terhadap Keputusan Mahasiswa Fakultas Vokasi Universitas Sumatera Utara dalam Menggunakan Aplikasi Dana

Abstract

The development of financial technology (fintech) in Indonesia is growing rapidly, particularly in digital wallet services like DANA, which is widely used by students due to its convenience. This study aims to determine the effect of ease of use on students' decisions to use the DANA application at the Faculty of Vocational Studies, University of North Sumatra. The research method used was quantitative with an associative approach. The study sample consisted of 96 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS version 24. The results showed that ease of use had a positive and significant effect on students' decisions to use the DANA application. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.482 indicates that 48% of the usage decision is influenced by ease of use, while the remainder is influenced by other factors. Therefore, the easier the application is to use, the more likely students are to choose and continue using DANA
