Rancang Bangun Dan Kalibrasi Timbangan Digital Menggunakan Modul Hx711 Berbasis Arduino Uno Dengan Tambahan Buzzer
Design And Calibration Of A Digital Scale Using The Hx711 Module Based On Arduino Uno With Buzzer Addition
Abstract
This study describes the process of designing and calibrating a digital scale using the HX711 module based on Arduino Uno with the addition of a buzzer as a notification feature. The system is designed to measure load mass with high precision, utilizing a load cell sensor connected to the Arduino Uno, which serves as the main microcontroller that processes sensor data and displays the measurement results on a 16×2 I2C LCD screen. Calibration is performed to ensure the accuracy of the measured load mass by comparing the scale readings with standard reference values. The addition of the buzzer functions as an audio notification or indicator when the measured load exceeds the preset threshold of 3.51 kg. Test results show that the system is capable of providing highly accurate mass measurements with a maximum error of 0.99%, corresponding to a precision of 0.01 kg, and demonstrates a fast response time. Therefore, this system can be effectively used and easily applied in various applications such as small-scale industries, laboratories, and others.
