This study aims to analyze the implementation of Autonomous Management (AM) as a Lean Manufacturing strategy to improve operator performance and production effectiveness at PT. Corteva Agriscience Manufacturing Indonesia. The research focuses on the PackOBI production line, which experienced low productivity indicated by a low Overall Line Effectiveness (OLE) of 30.98%, far below the 50% target. The study adopts a case study approach with quantitative and qualitative data collected through direct observation, performance measurement, and operator surveys. The implementation of AM followed four main Steps—safety, initial cleaning, source elimination, and standardization. The results show that AM significantly improved machine reliability, reduced downtime, and enhanced operator involvement in routine maintenance. Post-implementation, OLE increased to 38%, operator workload decreased, and machine availability and performance indicators improved. This finding confirms that AM, as part of Lean Manufacturing, not only boosts production efficiency but also strengthens a culture of continuous improvement and proactive maintenance among operators. The research provides practical insights for manufacturing industries aiming to integrate Lean and AM principles to optimize productivity and reduce waste
