Alih Fungsi Lahan dari Usahatani Padi Ke Usahatani Ubi Kayu dan Pengaruhnya Terhadap Pendapatan Petani (Kasus: Desa Batu 12, Kecamatan Dolok Masihul, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai)

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors that affect the conversion of land from rice farming to cassava farming and to analyzing the effect of land conversion to the income of farmers in Desa Batu 12, Kecamatan Dolok Masihul, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. The methods of this research are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method and Average Differential Test Method using SPSS 17 tool. Based on the estimation of factors influencing land conversion from rice farming to cassava farming, the value of coefficient of determination (R-Squared) is 95,3% indicating that variable of rice farming cost, rice production, cassava production, rice price, the price of cassava, land area, irrigation, pests and plant diseases and rice cultivation techniques can be difficult to explain the variability of variability of rice field area decrease of 95.3%. The value of significance Fcount 0.000 <0,05, it means that all independent variables entered into the model together have a real effect on the dependent variable. Partially only cost of rice farming, rice production, cassava production and land area that have a real effect. Average total net income of farmers before and after the change of land function changes from Rp.5.987.100 / Ha / Year to Rp 11.875.00 / Ha / Year.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor - faktor yang mempengaruhi alih fungsi lahan dari usahatani padi ke usahatani ubi kayu dan menganalisis pengaruh alih fungsi lahan terhadap pendapatan petani di Desa Batu 12 Kecamatan Dolok Masihul, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Metode penelitian ini adalah Metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan Metode Uji Beda Rata-Rata menggunakan alat bantu SPSS 17. Berdasarkan hasil estimasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi alih fungsi lahan dari usahatani padi ke usahatani ubi kayu diperoleh nilai Koefisien Determinasi (R-Squared) sebesar 95,3% yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel biaya usahatani padi, produksi padi, produksi ubi kayu, harga padi, harga ubi kayu, luas lahan, irigasi, hama dan penyakit tanaman dan teknik budidaya padi sulit dapat menerangkan keragaman variabel penurunan luas lahan padi sawah sebesar 95,3%. Nilai signifikansi F-hitung 0,000 < 0,05,artinya semua variabel bebas yang dimasukkan ke dalam model secara bersama-sama berpengaruh nyata terhadap variabel terikat. Secara parsial hanya biaya usahatani padi, produksi padi, produksi ubi kayu dan luas lahan yang berpengaruh nyata. Rata-rata total pendapatan bersih petani sebelum dan sesudah alih fungsi lahan terjadi perubahan dari Rp.5.987.100/Ha/Tahun menjadi Rp 11.875.00/Ha/Tahun.
