    Analisa Pushover dan Eksperimen Struktur Portal dengan Dinding Batubata dengan Menggunkan Angkur pada Kolom dan Balok pada Non- Enginereed Building

    Abstract
    Bangunan rumah yang roboh atau yang mengalami kerusakan akibat gempa sebagian besar adalah bangunan rumah tinggal sederhana (non-engineered buiding), yang dibangun menurut pengalaman saja dan tidak mengikuti standar yang ada. Salah satu hal yang sering diabaikan adalah keberadaan dinding bata dan hubungan antara kolom,balok dengan dinding bata, di mana terjadi retak dan pemisahan antara kolom,balok dengan dinding akibat tidak ada angkur. Dinding merupakan salah satu elemen pada bangunan rumah sederhana yang dapat mempengaruhi kekakuan dan kekuatan struktur bangunan, sehingga dapat mereduksi kerusakan struktur bangunan akibat beban gempa. Studi ini melakukan analisis pushover yang merupakan prosedur analisis untuk mengetahui perilaku keruntuhan suatu bangunan terhadap gempa. Pengujian dilakukan pada 1(satu) benda uji yang berukuran 3x4 m2 lengkap dengan pondasi, sloof, serta ring balok dan di buat di atas tanah dengan mutu beton K-175, mutu tulangan U24, batu bata dari Lubuk Pakam. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh beban (pushover) maksimun sebesar 7540 kg dengan displacement 56.5 mm. Hasil pemodelan dengna software SAP2000 untuk portal yang diuji, di mana dinding bata dianggap sebagai bracing , menghasilkan pushover maksimum sebesar 7490 kg dengan displacement 16,7 mm.
     
    Most of the buildings that collapsed or were damaged by the earthquake were simple non-engineered houses, which were built according to experience and did not obtain the existing standards. One of the things that is often overlooked is the brick wall and the relationship between columns, beams with brick walls, where retention occurs and between columns, beams with walls are not anchored. Walls are one of the elements of a simple house building that can affect the rigidity and structure of a building, so that it can reduce damage to building structures due to earthquake loads. This study conducted a pushover analysis which is an analytical procedure to determine the collapse behavior of a building against an earthquake. Tests were carried out on 1 (one) specimen equipped with 3x4 m2 complete with foundation, Sloof, and beam rings and made on the ground with K-175 concrete quality, U24 reinforcement quality, brick from Lubuk Pakam. From the test results, the maximum pushover is 7540 kg with a displacement of 56.5 mm. SAP2000 software modeling results for winning portals, where the brick wall is considered as reinforcing, resulting in a maximum pushover of 7490 kg with a displacement of 16.7 mm.
