    Abstract
    Stasiun klarifikasi merupakan salah satu stasiun yang berperan penting dalam pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit, terutama pada pengolahan crude palm oil (CPO). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan keandalan dan peluang kegagalan pada mesin - mesin yang bekerja di stasiun klarifikasi. Hal ini dikarenakan masih banyak terdapat peluang kegagalan yang dapat menghambat proses pengolahan CPO menjadi minyak sesuai dengan kategori standar yang ditetapkan oleh pabrik. Untuk meminimalisir hal tersebut maka dilakukan identifikasi peluang kegagalan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) serta menggunakan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) untuk menghitung keandalan stasiun klarifikasi.
     
    The clarification station is one of the important stations in palm oil processing factories, especially in the processing of crude palm oil (CPO). The purpose of this study was to determine the reliability and probability of failure on machines working in the clarification station. This is because there are still many probability of failure that can inhibit the processing CPO into oil in accordance with the standard category set by the factory. To minimize this problem, we can identify the probability of failure using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and use Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) to calculate the reliability of the clarification station.
