    Pengaruh Beberapa Sumber P dan Mikoriza Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Tanaman Jagung Putih pada Tanah Inceptisol di Desa Lumban Lobu, Kabupaten Toba Samosir

    Abstract
    The objective of this research was to knew the influence several P sources and mycorrhizae on white corn plants growth on Inceptisol soil in LumbanLobu Village, Toba SamosirDistict. This research used Factorial Random Block Design, the first factor, the P sources with 7 treatments applied, P0 (Control) ; P1 (TSP), P2 (Rock Phospat); P3(chicken manure); P4(Cow manure); P5 (Guano); P6 (Rice husk biochar). The second factor was the mycorrhizae with 2 treatments applied, M0 (0 gr/plot) and M1 (30 gr/plot). The parameter observed were soil pH H2O, C-organic level, P-available, dry weight of plant, P-plant uptake, mycorrhizal infection degree, and plant height. The result of this research showed that P-source gave significant effect on P-available soil and mycorrhiza had significant effect on mycorrhizal infection degree, and the interaction of P sources and mycorrhizae had significant effect on the parameters ofmycorrrhizal infection degree.
     
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa sumber P dan mikoriza terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman jagung putih pada tanah inceptisol di Desa Lumban Lobu, Kabupaten Toba Samosir. Metode yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok faktorial dengan faktor pertama, pemberian sumber P dengan 7 perlakuan: P0 (kontrol); P1 (pupuk TSP); P2 (pupuk rock phospat); P3 (pupuk kandang ayam); P4 (pupuk kandang sapi); P5 (pupuk guano) dan P6 (biochar sekam padi) dan faktor kedua, pemberian mikoriza dengan dua perlakuan: M0 (0 gr/plot) dan M1 (30gr/ plot). Parameter yang diamati adalah pH H2O tanah, kadar C-organik, P-tersedia, bobot kering tanaman, serapan P-tanaman, derajat infeksi mikoriza dan tinggi tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian sumber P berpengaruh nyata terhadap P-tersedia tanah dengan perlakuan terbaik pada pupuk kandang ayam diikuti dengan pupuk kandang sapi dan biochar sekam padi. Pemberian mikoriza berpengaruh nyata terhadap derajat infeksi akar dan interaksi sumber P dan mikoriza berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter derajat infeksi akar.
