    Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Sumatera Utara

    Abstract
    Human resources are the backbone of organizational life, the success of theorganization as a whole is highly dependent on resources human beings to achieve organizational goals. This study aims to determine whether the motivation, work discipline, and work environment have a significant influence on the performance on personel performance of the Quality Assurance Institution of North Sumatra Determination of samples in this study using Slovin formula, samples taken as many as 85 employees of the total employee Institute of Education Quality Assurance of North Sumatra amounted to 108 employees. The type of data used is primary data with questionnaire data collection method. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that work discipline, work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on personel performence. And the results of this study also shows that the discipline of work partially significant effect on personel performence. Motivation of work has a significant effect on personel performence, and the work environment has a significant effect on personel performence.
     
    Sumber daya manusia merupakan tulang punggung kehidupan organisasi, keberhasilan organisasi secara keseluruhan sangat bergantung pada sumber daya Manusia untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan lingkungan kerja memilki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Sumatera Utara Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 85 karyawan dari total pegawai Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan Sumatera Utara berjumlah 108 pegawai. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan metode pengumpulan data kuesioner.Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dan hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
